Huge FMCG company is looking for a Customer Marketing Leader.
- Supports sales team in presenting launch plans to major customers, and securing alignment on activations;
- Consolidation of annual account plans for the country and channel;
- Develop and execute Consumer Promotions, promotion pre and post ROI tracking;
- Propose and conduct Country specific shopper studies. Cascade study synopsis, learnings, implications and action plans to address opportunities;
- Execute country specific anti-competitive plans;
- Gather intelligence on best competitive practices in Trade Marketing activities. Identify and re-apply best of them for SCJ business;
- Shape activities and programs through collaboration with specific accounts targeted on improving brand equity communication in retail (POS, displays etc.);
- Lead scorecard process: clearly define targets for the channel, collect actuals, be able to explain gaps and generate + execute course-corrective actions;
- Build relationships with other functions (Marketing, Cat Man) for effective implementation of plans.
